The Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee of Hackney Council decided on 07/10/2024 to approve the award of two contracts for lift servicing and repairs to residential lifts across Hackney's housing stock. These contracts, one for the East area awarded to Supplier A and one for the West area awarded to Supplier B, are for an initial five-year term with an option to extend for up to five further years. The decision includes noting that an annual performance report and tracking of social value commitments will be presented to the Hackney Procurement Board.

Hackney Council's Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee decided on 07/10/2024 to approve a procurement strategy for planned capital works.
