The Housing and Regeneration Scrutiny Panel met to discuss temporary accommodation and homelessness, the housing delivery programme, and training for neighbourhood services. Councillor Nawshad Ali, Chair of the meeting, and the other councillors were scheduled to review the Housing and Regeneration Scrutiny Panel Work Programme for 2025/26. They were also scheduled to note the dates of future meetings.

Council - Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council meeting scheduled for 12 November 2025 included a recommendation from the Local Auditor, the adoption of the Fairer Enfield Policy, and changes to the council's constitution. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss a treasury management update and a number of motions on topics ranging from green belt protection to support for the armed forces community.

Housing and Regeneration Scrutiny Panel - Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 7.00 pm

The Housing and Regeneration Scrutiny Panel met to discuss the Regulator of Social Housing inspection, decommissioning of Cheshire House and Shropshire House, and the Big Door Knock initiative. The panel was also scheduled to note the Housing and Regeneration Scrutiny Panel Work Programme 2025/26 and future meeting dates.
