Winter Plan

A plan agreed by health and social care partners across Worcestershire in October 2025 to prioritize reductions in ambulance handover delays, improvements to Emergency Department (ED) waiting times and the Emergency Access Standard (EAS) performance, reductions in corridor care, and enhanced responses to frail and end-of-life patients, as well as optimizing acute and community beds and embedding discharge to assess and Home First approaches.
