Appeals Committee

This Committee has full powers to consider and determine appeals by Council employees against any decision of the authority, or against its failure to come to a decision, on any of the grounds detailed in the relevant schemes of pay and conditions of service. Those appeals shall be in accordance with agreed HR&Od policies and procedures.
