The Marr Area Committee approved the Environment and Infrastructure Services Performance Report for Q3/Q4 on 26/05/2026. The committee welcomed performance where targets were met or exceeded, noted below-target performance on street lighting repairs, and highlighted constituent frustrations regarding potholes and street lighting. They suggested ongoing updates on Landscape Services budget savings and community engagement to mitigate impacts.

The Marr Area Committee of Aberdeenshire Council noted the Statement of Outstanding Business on 26/05/2026. Members expressed concerns about the timescale for implementing safety works involving children.

The Infrastructure Services Committee approved the Draft Annual Governance Statement 2025/26 on 14 May 2026. Members also requested a private briefing note on the Council’s Cyber Security Response Plan.

The Infrastructure Services Committee approved the replication of governance and decision-making arrangements for the Scottish Government Place Based Investment Programme. This decision was made on 14/05/2026. The arrangements will delegate authority to the Director of Environment & Infrastructure Services to approve funding applications following consultation.
