Declarations:
 
Councillor Keating had an interest in item 15 by
virtue of being a volunteer in an organisation referred to within
the report. He advised that he would leave the meeting and take no
part in the item.
 
Councillor Baillie had a
connection to item 15 by virtue of being employed by Inspire PTL,
 an organisation referred to within the
report. However, having applied the objective test he had concluded
that he had no interest to declare.
 
Dr Backwell had a connection to
item 15 by virtue of having previously been the Chief Executive of
Clan Cancer Support. However she was no longer formally connected
with the charity.  Having applied the
objective test she had concluded that she had no interest to
declare.
 
Sue Kinsey had an interest in
item 15 by virtue of being a representative of an organisation
listed in the report. She advised that she would leave the meeting
and take no part in the item.
