Purpose

There were 3 objections received at the public
consultation stage in respect of the proposal to remove free
parking at St Mary's Car Park, Banff. The report asks the committee
to overrule the outstanding objections and approve the making of
the order to introduce the proposed measures in Banff and
Fraserburgh.
