Members agreed the Public Sector Equality Duty
but raised concern:
 
(1) 
That a late change to the order of the papers could be detrimental
to those who wished to observe, and

 
(2) 
That the Formartine Area Committee was no longer being Live
Streamed which could be an issue for equity for those who wish to
observe the meeting in real time but are unable to attend
in-person.
