The Buchan Area Committee decided to refuse full planning permission for the erection of a dwellinghouse and garage at Site Adjacent To The Kennels, Pitfour, Mintlaw on 03 June 2025. The decision was made because the principle of development conflicts with National Planning Framework 4 Policy 17 Rural homes and Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2023 Policy R2 Development Proposals Elsewhere in the Countryside.
