Purpose

This report asks the Committee to consider
objections received during the Statutory and Public Consultations,
and agree to making the speed limit orders required to implement
the national 20mph strategy in Formartine.

Content

The Committee approved the recommendations
within the report and further instructed officers to bring a report
back to the Formartine Area Committee, once the requests from
communities that were out with the scope of this consultation had
been considered by Infrastructure Services Committee.
