Purpose

In terms of Section B.7.1 of Part 2A List of
Committee Powers and Section C.1.1 of Part 2C Planning Delegations
of the Scheme of Governance as the application is for national
development which will be determined by Infrastructure Services
Committee following consultation with the relevant Area
Committee.

The Committee agreed:

The recommendations as per the report; and

2.   
to provide the following comment to the Infrastructure Services
Committee:

a)   
Committee noted the applicant’s commitment to ongoing
discussions with local community groups.
