This report seeks considerations of
applications for Area Committee Budget funding.

Content

Following a vote (1:8), agreed
to defer the application from Banchory Ternan East Church for
further information on the nature of the repairs and community
benefits.
 
Refused the application from
Aboyne Primary School Parent Council for the reasons outlined in
paragraph 3.5 of the report.
 
Approved applications as
follows:
 
1.     Gordon Rural Action for up to £3,000 towards creating a
new baby bank space, subject to match funding being secured by 27
November 2025;
 
2     
Glass Community Association for up to £1,450
towards insulating the walls of Glass Hall;
 
3     
Scolty Tower Management Committee for up to
£2,000 towards repairs to Scolty Tower, subject to match
funding being secured by 27 November 2025;
 
4     
Torphins Community Council for up to £2,375
towards lamppost sockets for Torphins festive
lights;
 
5.     Banchory
Skatepark Group for up to £2,000 towards Banchory Skatepark
repairs, subject to match funding being secured by 27 November
2025.
