11 Cllrs in attendance;
Cllr James – Item 8 – as Chair of
the Parent Council for Anna Ritchie School, he left and took no
part in the discussion of this item;
Cllr Crowson – Item 8 – has a
child who attends Anna Ritchie School, however, having applied the
objective test he advised he had no interest to declare and would
take part in the discussion of this item
