Councillor Hassan declared an interest in Item
5 as the Committee’s appointed member to the Balmedie Leisure
Centre Management Committee.  Having
applied the objective test, he advised that he would not take part
and that he would leave the meeting during consideration of the
item.
 
Councillor Davidson and Councillor Johnston
both highlighted that they would not take part in Item 7 as they
had not been present for the discussion on this item at the
previous meeting, and had not attended the site visit, so they did
not feel they had all the necessary information to partake.
