In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:
 
Item 8 – Councillor Turner by virtue of
having responded formally to the public consultation on the 20mph
speed limits implementation.
 
Item 9 – Councillor Evison made a
transparency statement by virtue of being the Chair of NHS
Grampian.
 
Councillor Agnew made a transparency statement
by virtue of being actively involved with the Carron Resource
Centre which relates to both reports appended to the main
report.
