In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:
 
Item 5 & 6
Cllr’s Carr, Evison and Dickinson made
transparency statements by virtue of the reasons stated, having
applied the objective test they concluded that there were no
interests to declare:
 
Carr – works with both community groups
in his role as local Councillor.
Evison – has attended meetings for both
community groups, also has a connection as NHS Grampian Chair,
however the link was considered remote to the applications being
determined.
Dickinson – has attended events held and
receives newsletters from the groups.
