recommendations arising from the Review of Sheltered Housing on the
4th July 2025. Committee considered proposals associated with the
development of an Enhanced Housing Model in respect of 8 Schemes
and requested further details at the November meeting of

Briefing note to be circulated to Committee
Members as an update prior to the next report setting out current
progress with Reshaping Sheltered Housing and including further
detail on the Enhanced Housing Model. The Committee acknowledged
that the timing of the Briefing Note will be dependent upon
completion of tasks which are currently in progress.
