Purpose

Committee is requested to acknowledge the
progress of the External Collaboration and Partnership Programme,
and review the risks and issues of the programme and planned
activity for the next 6 months.

Content

Officers to arrange up to two workshops on
transformation work to cover all committee related activity, review
workstreams in detail, set priorities and review timetables.
 
Officers to clarify risk ownership in future
reports to reflect actual responsible individuals.
