Purpose

Report to provide an update to the Garioch
Area Committee on the Depot Programme in Inverurie. The report sets
out the activities, which are predicated on the acquisition of the
new facility of 1 Harlaw Road, including the delivery of the depot
strategy, supporting programme and marketing plans for a number of
facilities within Inverurie to be released following the purchase
and occupation of the new depot facility within Inverurie. In
addition, these properties will be added to the Garioch Annual
Estate Plan.
