Purpose

Report to provide an update to the Garioch
Area Committee on the Inverurie Place Based Review. The report
provides an update on office accommodation, redevelopment plans for
the Gordon House site, marketing plans for surplus property linked
to offices, and an options appraisal in relation to the
redevelopment of the Town Hall.
