To dismiss the NOR and to uphold the AO
decision to refuse FPP, for the reason contained in the decision
notice dated 4 August 2025 and with an additional reason 2, as
follows: the applicant has failed to demonstrate that the proposed
site access can achieve the required visibility splays, posing a
safety risk to road users. The application is therefore contrary to
Policy RD1 (Providing Suitable Services) of the ALDP 2023.
