Castle Street Coffee CIC and agreed to waive the condition that
match funds must be secured within six months of award (27 November
2025); and

To note the information
provided at paragraph 3.5 of the report in respect of the grant
awarded to Banchory Skatepark and agreed to waive the condition
that match funds must be secured by 27 November
2025.
