In accordance with the Councillors’ Code
of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Cllr Black declared an intertest by virtue of
being Chair of the Kincardine & Mearns Youth Club and would
therefore leave the room for that application.
 
Cllr Victor declared an intertest by virtue of
being Trustee of the Kincardine & Mearns Youth Club and would
therefore leave the room for that application.
