The Committee
agreed
to:-
 

1.         note the
items of outstanding business;

 

2.        
discharge item 3 following the provision of the briefing note, but
requested that Officers provide feedback on the outcome of the
engagement work to Ward Meetings; and

 

3.         note the
proposed amendment to the format of the table to include the
original request rather than the title of the agenda
item.
