Purpose

This report is being brought to the Banff and
Buchan Area Committee in their capacity as Trustees of the Margaret
Whyte Fund (The Fund ). The purpose of the report is to update the
Trustees on the current status of the Fund and to seek approval to
commence the process to register the Fund with OSCR and thereafter
to reorganise the Fund into ACT2.

The Committee agreed:

The recommendations as per the report; and
2.   
To include the additional wording “or other
disadvantage” at the end of recommendation 1.2.3 (a).
