Councillors Sutherland, J Adams and Findlater made transparency statements on the basis that they did not attend the site visit and they would not take part in consideration of the item.
Councillor Cox made a declaration on the basis that he has a connection with the agent, Mr Michael Ritchie of Mantell Ritchie. As Mr Ritchie was taking part in this item, Councillor Cox advised that he would not participate and would leave the meeting while the item was being considered.
