Purpose

To seek committee's approval of the planned revenue works for 2026-27, to seek comments on the proposed capital works for 2026-27, and to update committee on 2025-26 works.

Decision

Committee agreed to:

1. Note the updates on 2025-26 works provided in Appendices A, B, C, D and E; and
2. Approve the proposals in Appendices F, J, K, L and M for allocating Revenue funding within their area for Roads and Bridges; and
3. Make the following comments to Infrastructure Services Committee on the proposals in Appendices G, H, I, K, L and M for Capital funding within their area for Roads and Bridges:

·       Layout of report for reading and filtering by area to be considered for 2027/28

·       Communication with Residents, Community Councils and Members is key in helping to keep communities informed regarding local works.

·       Appendix H information to be updated and shared with Members.
