The Committee agreed to recommend to
Infrastructure Services Committee that the application be
supported, but made the following comments for consideration by the
Committee:
1.   
There were concerns about the height of the proposed substation
which would have an impact on the rural setting, and further the
development as a whole would have a significant impact on the local
communities and farmlands, and
2.   
If there were to be any non-material variations to the Landscaping
Plan, it would be very helpful if there could be consultation with
Local Members, where appropriate.
