Committee further agreed
that if the alternative option of the route alongside the A96 is
not viable, that a paper be brought back to the Committee to
consider the implications of delivering the route using statutory
powers and if that officers should require to explore the options
to deliver the route (Inverurie – Blackburn) under statutory
powers then they are to use a steady and cautious
approach.
 
Officer to provide data on usage of Inverurie
to Kintore Cycle path.
