Crawley, moved that the application be granted in line with the
recommendation within the report.
Councillor Stirling, seconded by Councillor
Ritchie, moved as an amendment that the application be refused on
the grounds that it was contrary to Policy P1, Layout, Siting and
Design, of the Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan, on the grounds
of road safety concerns and the effect on the amenity of the
neighbouring residential properties.
