There had been circulated and
was approved subject to the amendments listed below as a
correct record the Minutes of the Meeting of 23January 2024.
 
Item 1 – Cllr Dickinson
declaration of interest amend to ‘declaration
of interest in one of the two grant applications in
item 8 by virtue that she was previously involved with the
Stonehaven Recreation Grounds (as a trustee) during the
Participatory Budgeting exercise. As this application
relates to a project that resulted from this participatory
budget exercise, she advised she would leave the meeting for the
part of the discussion relating to that application and would not
vote on that application.
 
Item 9 - amend to
‘As the Chair had
declared an interest in the first grant application (Stonehaven
Recreation Grounds) and left the meeting, the Vice Chair presided
for that discussion. The Vice chair also retained the chair role
for the second item although the chair returned to participate in
discussions pertinent to the second item (Drumoak school council
application).
