Also agreed:
That officers look into placing links on the
Council’s website and social media to where all those who
consider themselves vulnerable can register as priority service
customers with utility companies have arrangements in place for
support;
That officers ask Area Teams that when this
report is considered by Area Committees that the Area Teams
circulate it to the Community Councils in their area and ask for
feedback.
That officers ensure that the Community
Resilience Framework they can be encourages local businesses to
make business continuity plans and also
develop ways to support their communities and community groups.
