Agreed (1) Action 1 – to reinstate
request for update in relation to a crossing at Balmoor Terrace,
Peterhead, (2) Action 3 – Director of ECS has advised that
during our forthcoming round of informal sessions with Cllrs on
5/3/24 we will pick up on this issue to ensure we have the most
appropriate means of scrutinising attainment and achievement data
available for local Cllrs at area level; Responsible Officer

Action 8 – email sent to BAC Members from Raymond Terris on
30/1/24 provided an update and anticipated completion date of

erroneously; however, Members did receive an email from Raymond
Terris on 30/1/24 providing an update, which concludes stating that
a further update will be provided in 3 months; Timeline to now read
