Decision

In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:

Item 6

Councillor Reynolds made a declaration of interest on the basis that he was a previous joint owner of the application property. He confirmed that he would not participate and would leave the meeting whilst the item was being considered.

Items 7 & 8

Councillor Sutherland made a declaration of interest by virtue that a family member was an applicant to both the Banff & Buchan Crown Estate Coastal Communities Fund and the Banff and Buchan Ocean Winds Coastal Communities Fund. He advised that he would not participate in the consideration of the items and would leave the meeting while they were being considered. 

Councillor Cox made a declaration of interest by virtue of his association with Banff Castle and its applications to both the Banff & Buchan Crown Estate Coastal Communities Fund and the Banff and Buchan Ocean Winds Coastal Communities Fund. He advised that he would not participate in the consideration of the items and would leave the meeting while they were being considered.
