Committee agreed that authority to
grant Full Planning Permission should be delegated to the Head of
Planning and Economy subject to:-
 

1.      
negotiations taking place in order to seek improvements on site to
make it safer for pedestrians within the parking and drive through
access areas;

 

2.       a
condition being added regarding drainage.
