Having heard from the Director of Business
Services, agreed (1) to congratulate the Service on the level of
targets showing a green ‘on target’ indicator, (2) to
highlight continuing concerns with the call wait times for the
Contact Centre, particularly in light of Call Centres being
front-facing and our first point of contact with the general
public, and (3) to request that the graph shown at Business
Services Cttee be made available to Buchan Members for their
interest
