Cllr G Owen – Transparency Statement -
Councillor Owen made a  transparency
statement in relation to Item 12, by virtue of her husband working
for the Grampian Joint Valuation Board. Having applied the
objective test she had concluded that she did not have an interest
to declare, and she would remain and participate in that item.
