In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the
following interest was declared:-

 

Item 7 - Cllr Black made a transparency statement and advised she
was employed as agency part time salesperson at Muir Homes,
Laurencekirk in 2017. She has applied the objective test and
concluded that as she has had no contact with Muir Homes since then
will remain in the meeting.
