Councillor Brown declared an
interest in Item 9 by virtue of a personal connection with one of
the prospective purchasers and advised that she would leave the
meeting and take no part in the item.

Petrie declared an interest in Item 10 by virtue of knowing one of
the applicants and advised that she would leave the meeting and
take no part in the item.
 
Councillor
Withey stated that he had a connection to Item 10 by virtue of
having directed one of the applicants to available funding but
having given no assistance with the application. Having applied the
objective test, he concluded he had no interest to
declare.
