The Committee provided the following comments
to the Communities Committee:
 
a)   
Is there a definition of accessible housing,
b)   
It should be made clear that age in itself is not a defining factor
for care and repair eligibility, and other criteria was also
considered,
c)   
It is acknowledged that this is an overarching management policy,
with other policies in place to deal with matters such as
anti-social behaviour and housing exchanges, and
d)   
For future policy reviews, it would be helpful to have a summary of
what changes have been made.
