to UPHOLD the Notice of Review, and to
delegate the  GRANT of Full Planning
Permission to the Planning Service , to allow them to request the
submission of drainage information, to the satisfaction of the
Planning Authority.   The final
GRANT would include planning conditions to address drainage and
should include a condition to ensure that the shed remains part of
the domestic curtilage.  The Local
Review Body agreed unanimously that the proposal  would comply with Policies C4 of the ALDP and
Policy 4 of NPF4.
