The LRB agreed that the review should
stay on the outstanding business list, noting that the Planning
Adviser to the LRB had contacted Officers and ascertained that
drawings had been agreed between the Planning Service and agent and
neighbour re-notification was currently underway. Once any further
notifications had been carried out the review would be reported
back to the LRB, with a timescale of either the December or January
meeting.
