(1)           
Councillor Lonchay declared an interest in agenda item 8 (LRB 580)
by virtue of the application site being within his ward. He
concluded that he would withdraw from proceedings when that review
was being determined.
 

(2)           
Councillor Victor declared an interest in agenda item 10 (LRB 591)
by virtue of the application site being within her ward. She
concluded that she would withdraw from proceedings when that review
was being determined.
 

(3)           
In respect of item 8 (LRB 580) Councillor Simpson advised that as
he had not been in attendance when the application had been
discussed previously, he would withdraw from proceedings when that
review was being determined;
 

(4)           
In respect of item 7 (LRB 575) Councillor Goodhall advised that as
he had not been in attendance at the Site Visit earlier in the week
in respect of the application, that he would withdraw from
proceedings when the review was being determined.
