The Board unanimously found the application to
not be competent in terms of Section 68 of the Act, there being no
event of special or local significance, the premises already having
the ability to offer live entertainment in terms of their current
licence.
 
Having found the application to not be
competent, there was no further need to proceed with the
hearing.
