GRANT Full Planning Permission,  on the grounds that the proposal would comply with
Policy E1, P1, R2 of the ALDP and policy 14 NPF4, subject to
standard planning conditions, and conditions which would require
the applicant to submit suitable informaiton on a landscaping plan,
visibility splays, and drainage for the development.
