The LRB agreed that the review should
stay on the outstanding business list, noting that the Planning
Adviser to the LRB would contact Officers within the Planning
Service, to get a response to the request for further
information.  An update would be
provided to the next meeting of the LRB.
 
Item 2 – LRB

The LRB noted the updated
position.  Alan Davison, Senior Planning
Officer would present the updated information to the next meeting
the LRB on 27 October 2023 for consideration, and determination of
the review.
 
Item 3 – LRB

The LRB agreed that the unaccompanied
site inspection would take place on Friday 20th October
2023 at 10.00 am.  Jim Martin, Senior
Planning Officer would support the LRB during that visit and attend
the next formal meeting on 27th October 2023 to present
the review.

The Committee Officer would contact Councillor
S Adams and I Davidson (who had previously taken part in the
review), to ascertain their availability to attend the site visit
and meeting.
