Agreed to discharge Items 1 and
2 - Item 2 to be moved to Ward actions.
 
Noted the completion of Item 7i
in relation to the Ellon Health Centre and requested that any
response to the letter be circulated to the members.  It was also requested that an additional action be
added for the Formartine Area Manager to seek clarification on the
change to the process for accessing capital funding, noting the
discussion held earlier during Item 3 on this agenda.
