Agreed (1) to note verbal updates, (2) in
relation to Action 2, to note Briefing has been provided to Members
and to review this action at the next BAC Meeting, (3) in relation
to Action 4, Members having received a briefing
confirming the current status of the crossings in Mintlaw, to
instruct the Service to progress with the installation of the
crossings now and that (a) to request that consideration be given
to moving the School Crossing Patroller from South Street to
Longside Road following installation of the crossings, (b) to
highlight the desire to challenge the policy in due course in that
it needs to recognise place based and not just equations, and (c)
to request that Officers follow-up the query re Clerkhill School as a priority
