Agreed (1) in relation to para 3.3 of the
report, that the BAC did initiate two Stage 1 Reviews under the
Committee Review Process, which may be progressed,
(2) in relation to para 3.5 of the report, to note that a report
will come back to BAC in due course in line with the Petitions
Procedure, but in the interim to ask if the verbal update provided
by Roads to the BAC can be forwarded on to the petitioners by way
of an update, (3) that a Members Attendance report will continue to
come to BAC twice/yearly and that the second report be combined
with this one, and (4) to note Rec 1.2.2 should read
2023-24
