Agreed (1) in terms of draft Statement of
Licensing Policy to advise the Aberdeenshire Licensing Board that
the BAC welcomes the draft Statement and gives their thanks to the
licensing team for their efforts in pulling all of this information
together, and (2) in relation to the proposal to reinstate
Aberdeenshire Licensing Forum to advise the Aberdeenshire Licensing
Board and Business Services Cttee that the BAC is supportive whilst
remaining conscious of the time commitment needed from those
involved, but that the use of virtual meetings and other online
options will result in less time being taken from each individuals
day
